At Richwood, we completed the construction of two expansive warehouse buildings, covering a total area of 1,268,193 square feet. Our team undertook significant earthwork, moving 1.8 million cubic yards of soil to prepare the site, showcasing our capability to handle large-scale projects efficiently. We installed over 95,000 linear feet of underground utilities, ensuring the necessary infrastructure for the warehouse operations. The project also involved 173,147 cubic yards of rock blasting, demonstrating our expertise in overcoming challenging geological conditions to create a solid and stable foundation for the buildings.
